Join us for an enchanting week in the South of France, where Vincent van Gogh and Paul Cézanne created some of their greatest masterpieces.
Provence was more than just a backdrop — it was home to both Van Gogh and Cézanne. They were captivated by its extraordinary light, vibrant colors, and timeless landscapes. Each in their own way, they painted this magical region and, in doing so, transformed the course of art history.
By boldly pushing artistic boundaries, they opened our eyes to new ways of seeing the world — and now, it’s your turn to walk in their footsteps.
Take a Week to Discover, Create, and Grow
Whether you are a seasoned artist or picking up a brush for the very first time, this retreat is for you. It’s an opportunity to slow down, immerse yourself in the creative process, and grow as an artist — all within a supportive and inspiring environment.
You’ll join a community of like-minded individuals who encourage and uplift one another, guided every step of the way by your hosts, Tali Farchi and Shay Avivi, who share their experience, insight, and passion for art.

Repetition is at the heart of mastery. Just as musicians, dancers, chefs, or writers improve through practice, so do artists. With every brushstroke, your ability to truly see will deepen.
This retreat is designed to sharpen your observational skills. You’ll learn to notice distance, perspective, color, and value in subtle and profound ways.
By the end of the week, you won’t look at a tree — or a landscape — the same way again. You’ll begin to see shapes, layers, and even the air between the leaves. You’ll notice the textures of bushes, the colors in shadows, and the gentle curves of distant hills — all through an artist’s eye.

Both Van Gogh and Cézanne shared a relentless drive to paint, working in an almost nonstop fashion. There are countless reasons to be captivated by Vincent’s work — his expressive brushwork and bold use of color continue to fascinate viewers and artists alike. Cézanne, in contrast, has earned the title of a painter’s painter. His disciplined approach and innovative vision influenced generations of artists.
As Pablo Picasso famously said about Cézanne: “Cézanne was my one and only master… He was like the father of us all.”
